How, in his 10th NFL season, is he able to average 4.6 yards per carry, still bounce runs outside and have more 20-yard runs (6) than all but eight players in the league?
Oh yeah, and be tied for the NFL lead among running backs with 11 touchdowns?
“The ‘Bob,’ that’s how.”

Hi Bob
Just wanted to thank you for helping us with the purchase of our additional Bob’s. We have been using them at the University of North Alabama for the last 3 years. I’m excited about having a Bob at every rack and utilizing this piece of equipment with every lift for all of our athletes. We have been using them for athletes with ankle mobility problems and I am amazed how quickly it resolves that issue. I’m sure you are aware of how well the Bob works for prehab and rehab of sprained ankles. Lastly, I will keep you informed about our vertical and broad jump testing, pre Bob and after a 6 week program. My experience with past athletes was a significant improvement in performance.

The Bob is simple, cost-effective and extremely beneficial…both in addressing ankle mobility issues and proprioceptive training with past ankle sprains. We’ve invested in The Bob at three schools now.”Thank you again for your product. I look forward to seeing the improvement in our athletes.

Bob,
A quick note of appreciation that ebbs from my heart daily. The Bob has helped my ankle hinging, foot pains and numbness, and has contributed significantly to my recovery from MS leg pains and weakness. I recommend it to my patients because it works.
Thanks so much !!!!

At Westside Barbell we move a good amount of weight, to say the least. Several things we cannot afford to stand in the way of World Records are achilles tendon stiffness, decreased mobility of the ankle, and lack of balance. We find the BOB is the most optimal way to address not only one, but all three issues simultaneously for both lifters and athletes alike.

I was a full-time strength coach, competitive strength athlete (14 years) before being a chiropractor (20 years), and currently, balance both professions. The BOB is a great strength and conditioning device to promote speed, strength, and agility of the lower leg, foot, and ankle for introductory youth sports as well as the high-level professional athlete. The same simple, cost effective BOB I also use daily, in the clinic, to score physical capacity and promote the “independence of activities of daily living” for senior-aged adults. This includes patients with foot and knee pain. As well as those who have become very weak and are physically compromised. I just have them lightly hold on to a stable object and do fewer reps. But I have them progress to where they tell me “the BOB changed their lives.” It is rare to have one tool that can provide significant benefits on such a large scale.

First of all, i really love it. It is light, portable and so simple to use everywhere. I’ve placed one in front of my bed to remeber myself to do a few stretches every day, preferably in the morning and the evening. Even in the relatively short time since i’ve got the bob my mobility has already improved, my calfes are less tight and my ankles are stronger and more stable. Best of all, using it is just a blast. Going through a session is quick, convenient and you feel a deep stretch while not being unpleasant. I would recommend the device to anyone who plays sports like basketball or soccer, wants to prevent or rehab an injury or generally wants to be more mobile and active. Thank you two again for inventing such a simple yet brilliant device and making it possible for me to get one. I wish you noting but the best and all the success with it. Keep doing what you’re doing.
